🛒 Purchasing & Payments

How do I purchase a theme?

Simply browse our collection, find a theme you love, and click “Add to Cart”. Proceed to checkout, create an account or sign in, and complete your payment. You’ll receive instant access to download your purchase.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover), PayPal, and various local payment methods. All transactions are secured with SSL encryption.

Are prices one-time or subscription-based?

Most items are one-time purchases that include 6 months of support and lifetime updates. Some items may offer extended support options for an additional fee. The pricing model is clearly indicated on each item page.

Do you offer refunds?

Yes, we offer refunds within 30 days of purchase if the item doesn’t work as described, has major bugs, or doesn’t match the advertised features. Please review our Refund Policy page for complete details and conditions.

📥 Downloads & Installation

How do I download my purchased theme?

After completing your purchase, go to My Account → Downloads. You’ll see all your purchased items with download buttons. Click “Download” to get the ZIP file containing all theme files, documentation, and resources.

How long do I have access to downloads?

You have lifetime access to download your purchased items. You can re-download anytime to get the latest version with updates and bug fixes.

How do I install a WordPress theme?

Method 1 – WordPress Admin:

  1. Download the theme ZIP file from your account
  2. Go to WordPress Admin → Appearance → Themes
  3. Click “Add New” → “Upload Theme”
  4. Choose the ZIP file and click “Install Now”
  5. After installation, click “Activate”

Method 2 – FTP Upload:

  1. Unzip the theme file on your computer
  2. Connect to your server via FTP
  3. Upload the theme folder to /wp-content/themes/
  4. Activate through WordPress Admin → Appearance → Themes

The theme upload fails. What should I do?

If upload fails due to file size limits, try these solutions:

  • Increase PHP upload_max_filesize and post_max_size limits
  • Use FTP to upload instead of WordPress admin
  • Extract only the theme folder from the package
  • Contact your hosting provider to increase limits

📜 Licensing

Can I use a theme on multiple websites?

Each Regular License allows use on ONE website for yourself or a client. For multiple sites, you need to purchase additional licenses. Extended licenses are available for special use cases like SaaS products.

Can I modify the theme code?

Yes! You can modify the theme code to suit your needs. However, you cannot redistribute the modified theme as your own product. For major customizations, we recommend using child themes to preserve your changes during updates.

What’s the difference between Regular and Extended licenses?

Regular License: Use for one end product (website) that is free for end users or paid (one-time fee).

Extended License: Use for one end product that end users are charged for (subscription, multiple fees). Ideal for SaaS, membership sites, or products sold to multiple customers.

🛠️ Support & Updates

How do I get support for my theme?

Each purchase includes 6 months of support from the item author. To get support:

  1. Go to the item page and click “Get Support”
  2. Create a support ticket with your purchase code
  3. Describe your issue with screenshots if applicable
  4. The author will respond within 24-48 hours

How do I update my theme?

You can update themes in several ways:

  • Automatic Updates: Register your license in the theme settings to receive automatic update notifications
  • Manual Updates: Download the latest version from your account and reinstall
  • Envato Market Plugin: Install the Envato Market plugin for one-click updates

My support has expired. What are my options?

After your 6-month support period expires, you can:

  • Continue using the theme with all features
  • Receive all future updates for free
  • Purchase extended support for an additional fee
  • Use community forums and documentation for help

👤 Account Management

How do I reset my password?

Click “Sign In” and then “Forgot Password?”. Enter your email address, and we’ll send you a password reset link. Check your spam folder if you don’t receive it within a few minutes.

Can I change my account email?

Yes, go to My Account → Settings to update your email address. You’ll need to verify the new email before the change takes effect. All your purchases and downloads will be transferred automatically.

How do I delete my account?

To delete your account, please contact our support team at support@WPressTheme.com. Note that account deletion is permanent and you’ll lose access to all purchases and downloads. Consider downloading all your items first.
