License Agreement
Effective Date: March 1, 2026
This License Agreement governs your use of digital products downloaded through your wpresstheme membership.
1. License Grant
Upon purchase of a membership, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use downloaded products subject to the terms below. This is a license — not a transfer of ownership.
2. Permitted Uses
- Install and use products on your own websites
- Modify products for your own use
- Use in client projects (one license per end-use site)
- Create derivative works for personal use
3. Prohibited Uses
- Redistribute, resell, or share downloaded files
- Include products in competing marketplaces or bundles
- Use products to create derivative themes/plugins for sale
- Remove copyright notices or authorship credits
- Sub-license products to others
- Claim ownership of original product code
4. Support & Updates
Access to product updates is available while your membership is active. We do not provide direct support for third-party products — support should be obtained from the original product developers.
5. GPL Compliance
WordPress themes and plugins are distributed under the GNU General Public License (GPL). The GPL applies to the PHP code. Other assets (CSS, images, JavaScript) may have separate licenses as specified by the original authors.
6. Termination
This license remains valid while your membership is active. Upon membership expiration or termination, you may continue using previously downloaded products but lose access to new downloads and updates.
