Welcome to wpresstheme (“https://wpresstheme.online”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website, products, services, and membership plans (collectively, the “Services”). By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, you must discontinue use immediately.

1. Definitions

“User/Member” refers to any individual who registers an account.
“Content” refers to all WordPress themes, plugins, and digital products available for download.
“Membership” refers to any paid subscription plan granting access to Content.
“API Key” refers to a unique authentication token issued to Members for programmatic access.

2. Account Registration & Security

2.1. You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration, including email verification via One-Time Password (OTP).

2.2. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and API key. Any activity under your account is your responsibility.

2.3. You must immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account. We reserve the right to suspend accounts with suspicious activity.

2.4. Each account is for single-user use only. Sharing accounts, credentials, or API keys is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate termination.

3. Membership Plans & Billing

3.1. We offer multiple membership tiers (Daily, Basic, Elite, World Class, Gladiator) with varying download limits, durations, and features as described on our Pricing page.

3.2. Payments are securely processed through Whop, our authorized payment processor. By subscribing, you authorize charges as per your selected plan.

3.3. Recurring subscriptions (Basic, Elite) renew automatically until cancelled. You may cancel at any time; however, access continues until the end of your current billing period. No prorated refunds for partial periods.

3.4. Lifetime plans (World Class, Gladiator) are non-recurring single payments granting permanent access to the Service.

3.5. We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days’ advance notice. Existing active memberships continue at their original rate until renewal.

4. Digital Delivery & API Keys

4.1. Upon successful payment, membership access and API key are provisioned automatically and immediately. A confirmation email is sent to your registered address.

4.2. Each Member receives a unique API key tied to their membership tier and duration. Lifetime members receive non-expiring keys; time-limited members receive keys that expire with their membership.

4.3. Downloads are available instantly via our website or REST API. Daily download limits are enforced per your tier.

4.4. We maintain comprehensive proof-of-delivery records (timestamps, IP addresses, download logs) for dispute resolution purposes.

5. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree NOT to:

  • Redistribute, resell, sublicense, or publicly share downloaded Content
  • Use automated bots, scrapers, or mass-download tools
  • Attempt to circumvent download limits or security measures
  • Share or publish your API key or account credentials
  • Use Content for any unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful purpose
  • Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract our platform’s source code
  • Impersonate another user or misrepresent your identity
  • Upload malicious code, viruses, or interfere with our infrastructure

6. Intellectual Property & Licensing

6.1. All Content is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. Your membership grants a limited, non-exclusive license to use Content — not ownership.

6.2. WordPress themes and plugins are distributed under the GNU General Public License (GPL). PHP source code is GPL-licensed; other assets (CSS, images, JavaScript) may carry separate licenses from original authors.

6.3. We are not affiliated with WordPress, WooCommerce, or any third-party developers. We redistribute products under GPL terms and encourage supporting original authors.

7. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

7.1. Services are provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

7.2. We do not warrant that Content is free of errors, vulnerabilities, or compatible with your specific environment.

7.3. In no event shall wpresstheme or its operators be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Our maximum aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the preceding 12 months.

8. Termination

8.1. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, without prior notice. Upon termination, your access (including API key) is immediately revoked.

8.2. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us. Previously downloaded Content may continue to be used per the License Agreement.

9. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation first, then binding arbitration if necessary.

10. Modifications

We may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or site notice. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
