✅ When You CAN Get a Refund

You may be eligible for a refund within 30 days of purchase if:

  • Key features advertised are missing or non-functional
  • The item quality is significantly below expectations based on the preview
  • Screenshots or demos are misleading about the actual product

2. Item Doesn’t Work

  • The item has a fault that cannot be easily fixed
  • Critical bugs prevent basic functionality
  • The item doesn’t work with the advertised software versions
  • The author cannot or won’t provide a fix within a reasonable time

3. Support Issues

  • The author has not responded to a valid support request for 7 days
  • The author is unable to resolve a critical item issue
  • The item lacks adequate documentation for basic setup

4. Duplicate Purchase

  • You accidentally purchased the same item twice
  • The duplicate purchase was made within 24 hours

❌ When You CANNOT Get a Refund

Refunds are generally NOT provided in these cases:

1. Change of Mind

  • You simply changed your mind after purchase
  • You found a different/better item elsewhere
  • The item doesn’t suit your personal taste or preferences
  • You no longer need the item for your project

2. Lack of Expertise

  • You don’t have the skills to use the item
  • You didn’t read the requirements before purchasing
  • Installation or customization is beyond your abilities
  • You expected features not listed in the item description

3. Third-Party Issues

  • Issues caused by your hosting environment
  • Conflicts with third-party plugins or themes
  • Problems caused by your customizations or modifications
  • Incompatibility with software not listed in requirements

4. After the Refund Window

  • Refund requests submitted after 30 days from purchase
  • Items purchased more than 30 days ago (with rare exceptions)

📋 How to Request a Refund

  1. Contact Support First: Before requesting a refund, please try to resolve the issue with the item author through the support system.
  2. Gather Information: Prepare your purchase code, screenshots of the issue, and a description of the problem.
  3. Submit Request: Email refund@WPressTheme.com with your purchase details and reason for the refund.
  4. Wait for Review: Our team will review your request within 3-5 business days.
  5. Resolution: If approved, refunds are processed within 5-10 business days to your original payment method.

💳 Refund Processing

  • Credit Card: 5-10 business days
  • PayPal: 3-5 business days
  • Bank Transfer: 10-15 business days
